This position calls for an accomplished operations leader to shape, refine, and scale core business functions within a growing organization. The role centers on strengthening execution, aligning teams across departments, and creating the systems and structure needed to support expansion.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategic thinker who enjoys tackling complex operational challenges, guiding teams, and delivering measurable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement operational plans that support company goals.
Sponsor cross-functional efforts designed to improve efficiency, output, and profitability.
Spot workflow gaps and remove obstacles that slow down operations.
Build key performance indicators and reporting tools to track business performance.
Work closely with executive leaders on planning and execution.
Lead, coach, and grow strong teams across different business areas.
Drive change initiatives and ongoing improvement programs throughout the organization.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational delivery.
Ensure the organization can scale smoothly as the business expands.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in operations-related roles.
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
Background leading teams, programs, projects, or business units.
Strong ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Proven record of improving processes, systems, or overall business performance.
Experience collaborating with senior executives and leadership teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 annually.
