The Opportunity

Dreamy Blue is seeking a person who can act as the business’s execution engine. In this position, you will partner directly with the founders to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

This is not an admin-heavy role. Instead, you will drive projects, execute growth and marketing plans, manage supplier relationships and related strategy, solve problems, remove blockers, and make sure priorities are completed on time.

You will also oversee teams, lead and manage employees, hold people accountable to results, support product development and quality control, strengthen customer service, and help build the systems and processes the business needs.

When something is important to Dreamy Blue, this role owns making sure it gets done.

What This Role Looks Like

• Lead execution across growth, marketing, operations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work closely with the founders to convert direction into action.
• Keep projects moving and ensure key deliverables are actually completed.
• Manage supplier relationships and support strategic decisions around them.
• Resolve issues quickly and clear obstacles that slow the business down.
• Oversee teams and hold employees accountable to performance expectations.
• Support product development, quality control, and customer service improvements.
• Create and improve systems and processes that help the company scale.

Who Thrives in This Role

This position is best suited for someone who likes winning, takes initiative naturally, and is persistent when challenges arise. You should be comfortable solving problems, working in a fast-moving setting, and bringing structure to messy situations.

You’ll need to be willing to have tough conversations, push back on agencies, suppliers, or teammates when standards slip, and take personal responsibility for follow-through.

Ideal Candidate

The right candidate is local, can work in a hybrid arrangement, and has a proven history of delivering business results and growth. A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience with Amazon and manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with EOS is also an advantage.
