Job description

Role overview

This Singapore-based leadership position calls for a seasoned operations executive to take charge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain performance. The role spans production, warehousing, logistics, quality assurance, maintenance, and sustainability, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing activities, including print-on-demand and offset printing, and work to improve output, turnaround time, and environmental performance.
  • Direct automated warehousing and inventory processes so they work smoothly with production planning and execution.
  • Champion sustainability across operations by introducing greener practices and tracking progress against sustainability goals.
  • Maintain strong quality, safety, and regulatory standards, using data and customer feedback to improve processes.
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, along with spare parts planning, to keep equipment running efficiently.
  • Lead managers and functional teams, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and promote a culture of learning and operational excellence.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings deep experience in manufacturing and supply chain leadership, combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams. The role suits someone who is strategic yet practical, confident in communication, and capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution. Experience in high-tech manufacturing or contract manufacturing is especially valued, while exposure to print-on-demand or offset printing is an advantage.

Required experience and expertise

  • At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Proven ability to lead change in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging executives and global customers.
  • Comfortable working in an innovation-driven environment with both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Why this role stands out

  • Opportunity to shape operational direction in an innovative, high-tech environment.
  • Direct influence on business transformation and long-term growth.
  • Strong focus on automation, sustainability, and meaningful leadership impact.
