Job description
Role Overview
This is a senior permanent leadership opportunity with a delivery specialist serving the mission-critical and data centre market. The business supports major hyperscale and colocation clients across Europe and is now seeking an Operations Director to establish a new office in Germany alongside its existing operations.
Location
The position can be based in Frankfurt or Berlin, within the Frankfurt Rhine-Main metropolitan area context.
Compensation
The salary range is €150,000 to €160,000, plus an additional package. This is a permanent full-time role.
Key Accountabilities
The Operations Director will take full ownership of the German regional P&L and manage a pipeline valued at more than €250 million. The role also involves creating and leading a Frankfurt/Berlin-based team to support the business expansion.
Project Scope
Oversight will include mission-critical and power generation projects within the data centre sector, ensuring delivery leadership across the region.
Candidate Profile
The ideal background is at Senior Project Manager or Associate Director level, with the ambition to help build a new operation from the ground up.
