Role Overview
Keyrock US is offering a remote part-time Director of Operations internship aimed at building practical exposure to day-to-day operations work in a fast-moving, analytics-led environment. The position centers on helping the organization run smoothly by coordinating workflows, tracking performance indicators, and improving both efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Support the coordination of everyday operational tasks and workflow management across the organization.
- Help monitor key performance metrics and contribute to reporting on operational outcomes.
- Assist with process improvements intended to increase efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in resource planning and help keep budget and cost-tracking activities organized.
- Work with teams across functions to address operational challenges and keep projects moving.
- Help document procedures, standard practices, and internal operating guidelines.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and analytical inputs for leadership review.
- Take part in efforts to strengthen customer experience and improve internal communication.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of operations management, especially process improvement and daily coordination.
- Strong analytical ability, including interpreting data, solving problems, and supporting performance reviews.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders while helping drive shared objectives.
- Basic budgeting familiarity, including support for cost tracking and forecasting.
- Customer-focused mindset with responsive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with strong organization and time management.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup using digital collaboration tools.
- A background in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related area is preferred.
- Previous internship or project exposure in operations or strategy is considered an advantage.
