Job description

Role overview

Live Love Locks is a hair education and ecommerce brand built over 10 years in the salon world. The business reaches a large audience through a YouTube channel that attracts millions of views each month, alongside a growing haircare product line. The company is looking for a strong operator to take ownership of key functions, build reliable systems, and keep the business moving without constant founder involvement.

What this role is meant to do

This position is designed for someone who can take charge of entire workflows, create structure where there is none, and make decisions independently. You will not be stepping into a rigid pre-built system; instead, you will be expected to design and improve the operating model from the ground up.

The role offers real decision-making authority, with escalation needed only when something is blocked or beyond your scope. There is also an opportunity for growth as the company scales, with this position positioned as a future COO track for the right person.

Key ownership areas

Content engine: The video channel is the central driver of the business and must keep moving consistently. You will help turn ideas into a steady publishing pipeline, monitor every stage from concept through publishing, and put systems in place so work does not stall or depend on the founder for movement.

Supply chain and inventory: The product side of the business depends on reliable fulfillment. You will manage forecasting, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and 3PL/warehouse relationships. A major focus will be ensuring best-selling products stay in stock while avoiding unnecessary cash tied up in slow-moving inventory. You will also maintain one clear source of truth for inventory and operations data.

Team and systems: You will run the accountability rhythm for the business, including weekly scorecards and clear priorities, while creating SOPs that make work repeatable and transparent. The goal is for progress and status to be visible without the founder needing to ask for updates.

What success looks like

Within the first month, the business should feel lighter and more organized because the current chaos has been turned into a functioning system. Success means the functions you own operate smoothly, and when issues do arise, you are already addressing them before being prompted.

Compensation and structure

The role pays a base salary of $120,000 plus a performance bonus. It is remote within the United States, with quarterly travel to Fort Myers. The role reports directly to the founder.

Application notes

Candidates are asked to answer three specific questions with substance and detail. Optional supporting materials may include a resume, a one-page example of a system you have built, or a Loom recording walking through a project you led. If there is a strong fit, the hiring team will follow up and include a paid practical assessment using a real business problem.

Additional information

The company describes itself as fast-growing and audience-driven, with strong demand already in place. The need for this role comes from operational bottlenecks that currently require too much founder involvement. The ideal hire will bring straight talk, high standards, and the ability to challenge and be challenged in order to improve the business.
