This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, refining processes, and making a direct difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the client success organization, hiring and developing future leaders, and shaping programs that improve onboarding, retention, and ongoing engagement. The role also includes creating a concierge-style service model and partnering across departments to ensure a seamless member journey.
- Guide and motivate the Medicare Client Success team.
- Recruit, select, coach, and develop current and future leaders.
- Build structured onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Ensure members receive strong support throughout enrollment, active coverage, and renewal.
- Assist members with doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, benefit details, and healthcare resources.
- Develop service processes that feel personal and high-touch.
- Manage welcome materials, birthday outreach, annual reviews, and continued member communication.
- Create training content, SOPs, service standards, and performance measures.
- Work in close coordination with Sales, Compliance, Marketing, QA, and Operations.
- Use performance data to strengthen retention, satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Identify new ways to exceed member expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, customer success, or client services.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and growing strong teams.
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong ability to organize operations and manage priorities.
- Experience developing repeatable processes and training programs.
- Clear communication and effective leadership skills.
- A service-oriented leadership style with a strong desire to help others.
