Role summary
This is a direct-hire, full-time leadership opening with a fast-expanding consumer products company in the greater Los Angeles area. The role is centered on steering brand direction, marketing, communications, audience growth, and customer engagement to strengthen awareness, loyalty, and revenue performance.
The position sits at an executive level and includes a clear progression path to Vice President based on strong performance and business impact.
What you will lead
- Shape and deliver integrated marketing plans that support brand expansion, new customer growth, and revenue targets.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, communications, public relations, and content direction.
- Guide digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and customer engagement efforts.
- Work with senior leadership to uncover growth opportunities and define long-term brand strategy.
- Review marketing results, customer insights, and market movements to guide decisions.
- Build, hire, coach, and manage a strong marketing and communications team.
- Set performance metrics, track outcomes, and improve marketing spend efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressively senior experience in marketing leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel marketing, brand-building, and communications programs.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and communication capabilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Preferred background
- Experience in beauty, wellness, consumer products, luxury, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Hands-on exposure to e-commerce and customer acquisition strategy.
- Previous executive-level leadership experience is an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range is $205,000 to $245,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement coverage.
