Practical knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is important, along with experience running technical support, escalation processes, and service desk improvements. The position also requires experience in IT governance, security controls, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
Skills and Competencies
Applicants should be able to connect business needs with scalable, secure, and cost-conscious technology solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are essential, especially in a remote and cross-functional environment.
