About the Role
Bridge Holding is looking for an Investor Relations Director to spearhead our Limited Partner (LP) fundraising strategy and manage investor relationships. This leadership position will be instrumental in driving capital-raising activities, enhancing connections with institutional investors, and serving as the principal liaison between Bridge Holding's investment team and its LPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute LP fundraising strategies targeting sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and funds of funds.
- Organize and lead investor roadshows, fundraising meetings, and thorough due diligence processes.
- Supervise the creation and maintenance of investor documentation, including pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and data room materials.
- Manage investor communication efforts such as quarterly reports, annual updates, and important fund notifications.
- Oversee fund performance reporting metrics like IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, and TVPI, plus capital account communications related to calls, distributions, fees, and carried interest.
- Ensure investor due diligence and investor relations activities comply with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and pertinent regulations.
- Lead and mentor the Investor Relations team by setting clear expectations and performance goals.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree; advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, CA, or CPA are highly valued.
- Possess 12 to 15 years of experience in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or institutional capital raising.
- Demonstrate 5 to 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing LP engagement, investor roadshows, or reporting.
- Have deep understanding of private equity fund structures and economics, including fees, carried interest, hurdle rates, and waterfalls.
- Exhibit exemplary communication skills at the executive level, with confidence presenting to sophisticated institutional clients.
