Role overview
The Director of Global Operations will serve as a senior leader within AIS, reporting to the President and sitting on the executive leadership team. This position carries responsibility for a worldwide operations organization of 80 professionals, including seven direct reports.
Core areas of responsibility
- Oversee supply chain management activities across the business.
- Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align demand, supply, and execution.
- Direct the customer onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions.
- Guide program management efforts across operational initiatives.
- Own the customer experience function and service quality outcomes.
- Shape integration planning and manufacturing strategy, including the operational footprint.
- Manage post-sale service, support, and logistics operations.
- Drive business process improvement and large-scale transformation efforts.
Candidate profile
Arrow is seeking a seasoned operations executive with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience at senior levels. The ideal background includes leading transformational initiatives in large multinational organizations and a strong grasp of the full supply chain, including the sales process.
Work arrangement
This role follows a hybrid schedule. On-site attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Panorama office location, while Mondays and Fridays are work-from-home days.
Compensation and benefits
The annual hiring range for this position is $163,800 to $281,875. Final pay may differ based on location, experience, education, and skill level. If applicable, the base pay and target incentive ratio will be confirmed at the offer stage.
