Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is looking to appoint a strategic and seasoned Director of Global Corporate Facilities to oversee worldwide workplace operations and administrative units. This leadership position entails managing facilities, office services, and administrative teams spread across various sites, aiming to drive operational excellence and improve the overall workplace environment.

This role demands a leader focused on people, with strong business insight, profound operational knowledge, and enthusiasm for cultivating high-performing teams and efficient, scalable workplace settings. The position collaborates closely with executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure workplace approaches support organizational objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the global facilities and office services operations, leading multiple teams responsible for facilities, administration, and office functions across locations.
  • Guarantee uniform application of office operation procedures, administrative supports, and workplace standards.
  • Encourage a culture characterized by efficiency, hospitality, teamwork, and innovation in all office venues.
  • Guide and develop facilities and administrative leadership staff, ensuring exceptional performance and career advancement.
  • Maintain team alignment, responsibility, and consistency among different office branches.
  • Build and foster a high-achievement, service-focused team atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance units to support smooth onboarding, prepare workspaces, and enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with leadership to align workplace functions with business ambitions, culture, and brand identity.
  • Assist in business continuity preparation and formulate long-term workplace strategies.
  • Support office expansion projects, relocations, and renovations with internal partners and project teams.
  • Contribute insights to lease planning and real estate decisions through operational analysis and site assessments.
  • Work on space planning and utilization plans to accommodate company growth.
  • Manage vendor relations covering maintenance, catering, cleaning, and workplace services contracts.
  • Develop and oversee the budget for facilities and administrative operations, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements to maintain service quality.
  • Utilize data and technology solutions to optimize space management, generate reports, and improve operational workflows.
  • Identify and apply process improvements to better service quality and workplace satisfaction.
  • Drive standardization and scalability throughout global office operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in facilities management, office services, or corporate operations.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple sites or global teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams within facilities, administrative, and operational areas.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Track record of success in workplace operations, enhancing processes, and effective collaboration across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • Advanced degrees or professional credentials (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, PMP) are highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $185,000, dependent on experience.
