Role Summary

We seek an innovative and strategic Director of Food & Beverage to spearhead one of Doha's most vibrant hospitality experiences. This commercially astute, people-oriented leader will oversee luxury dining and social venues ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic direction for all Food & Beverage services.
• Create remarkable guest experiences that align with The Ned’s brand essence.
• Coach and develop high-performing leadership teams within F&B.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control and maximize revenue streams.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to refine menus, concepts, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with Marketing and Commercial departments to design and promote engaging campaigns and boost outlet visibility.
• Contribute as a vital member of the Executive Committee to drive hotel success and growth.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Director or senior leader in Food & Beverage within luxury hotel brands.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Commercially savvy with strong financial and business insight.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Passion for food, beverage, service excellence, and guest engagement.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-end, design-focused hospitality environments.
