Role summary
The company is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the CFO, this person will oversee sales and financial analytics, lead reporting, and work closely with leadership, Achieve Partners, and the debt provider to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and supports disciplined decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning, and both monthly and mid-month rolling forecast processes.
- Build, refine, and maintain strong financial models to assess business performance, potential acquisitions, and product-level results.
- Create executive-level dashboards and board materials that clearly show KPIs and explain variances.
- Work closely with functional leaders to monitor operating costs, uncover savings opportunities, and back key strategic initiatives.
- Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing FP&A team while encouraging continuous learning and decisions based on data.
- Lead the adoption and enhancement of financial planning tools and system integrations, including NetSuite-related workflows, to make reporting more efficient.
- Partner with the sales organization to analyze sales activity and performance trends.

- Ability to prepare polished executive reporting and board-level presentations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders on expense management and strategic support.
- Proven people leadership skills, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling finance teams.
- Exposure to finance systems and reporting process improvement, including ERP or planning tool integrations.
- Capability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable insights.
