- Support and manage System Administration for Adaptive Planning platforms ensuring accuracy and seamless data flows for G&A and cross-functional groups, focusing on expenses and headcount management.
- Explore opportunities for intelligence extraction from Salesforce (SFDC), NetSuite, and other data sources, centralizing and distributing information via tools like Snowflake, Power BI, and AI-driven methods.
- Centralize management of business and data KPIs supporting Board of Directors (BOD) requirements and external reporting.
- Collaborate with Collections and Accounts Payable to forecast near-term cash flow and balance sheet activity; oversee long-term financial modeling for balance sheet and cash flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of progressive FP&A or finance business partner experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience supporting G&A functions in a fast-growing SaaS or technology environment preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets; working knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar EPM/ERP tools highly desirable.
- Exceptional business partnering skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable, strategic insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- High intellectual curiosity and a commitment to data-supported decision making.
- Experience managing and mentoring FP&A team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required; MBA or CPA credentials are advantageous.
Distinctive Traits
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at structuring complex, cross-functional issues.
- Balance thorough analytical depth with clear communication aimed at executive leadership.
- Confidently challenges assumptions constructively and forms a well-founded business perspective.
- Views G&A stakeholders as clients, holding oneself responsible for supporting their success.

- Potential for long-term incentives such as equity participation and short-term incentives including bonuses or commissions based on role and seniority.
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Retirement plan options such as 401(k).
- Flexible paid time off policy with no cap for exempt employees and accrual based for non-exempt staff, with manager approval aligned with business needs.
- 14 paid holidays annually and paid sick leave in accordance with company policies.
