About the Role
The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's success by managing all aspects of financial operations. This position demands ensuring compliance with financial regulations, providing insightful financial reports, and overseeing payroll and financial records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain precise financial statements and reports.
- Guarantee adherence to internal policies concerning finance and accounting.
- Supervise all payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong analytical skills.
