- Assess financing options such as debt, credit facilities, and other funding sources when needed.
- Act as the central contact for external accounting partners, including review of monthly statements and resolution of open issues.
- Improve vendor payment procedures, accounts payable operations, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- Develop scalable finance processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure to support future growth.
What the company is looking for

- Strong knowledge of inventory, COGS, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Experience advising senior leaders on strategic and operational matters.
- Comfort reviewing financial statements and interpreting results.
- Proven ability to build scalable financial systems and workflows in a growing company.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to partner across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to retail expansion, omnichannel operations, or physical store businesses is a plus.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
