This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to play a hands-on role in shaping a growing brand, developing fresh ideas, forming strategic alliances, and delivering events from concept through execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conceptualize and roll out new event and experience ideas.
- Source and engage venues, vendors, sponsors, and other collaboration partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event delivery.
- Develop working relationships within hospitality, entertainment, and events circles.
- Plan and publish social media content that supports the brand.
- Assist with marketing efforts, audience expansion, and awareness-building.
- Contribute to revenue generation through partnerships and event-related opportunities.
- Help influence the long-term direction and expansion of Midnight Riviera.
What They’re Looking For
- Background in events, hospitality, marketing, entertainment, partnerships, nightlife, or a similar area.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.
- Comfort working independently and taking full ownership of tasks.

- Prior experience creating social media content is an added advantage.
Compensation and Schedule
