Role Overview

The Director of Customer Success will act as a strategic consultant managing a portfolio of enterprise clients including employers and health plans. Responsibilities include fostering and maintaining relationships, overseeing reporting, managing renewals, and driving growth initiatives. This leadership role offers the chance to develop and expand the Customer Success team while engaging with senior HR and Benefits executives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles.
• Proven track record managing large employer or health plan accounts.
• Deep knowledge of employer benefits, Medicare programs, Population Health management, or Value-Based Care models.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence senior-level stakeholders effectively.
• Preference given to candidates with previous startup industry experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in fast-evolving, high-growth environments.
