- Oversee public relations, licensing, strategic partnerships, pop-up events, and initiatives that strengthen brand equity; collaborate with the VP of Design on character development and intellectual property expansion.
- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy to grow and engage one of the world's most active craft communities, including representing the brand at community events.
- Manage lifecycle marketing strategies across channels such as email, SMS, subscriptions, and customer accounts, designing retention plans including loyalty programs and lifecycle testing.
- Conduct customer research to extract insights that inform marketing, product development, wholesale efforts, and overall customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable track record in building and scaling consumer brands that achieve both cultural relevance and commercial success.
- Strong foundation in brand marketing, identified as the most critical skill for success in this role.
- A balanced leader who is hands-on in execution and problem-solving in addition to managing a support team.
- Exhibits low ego with high ownership mentality, thrives in autonomous roles within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable being the community's public face, including participating in at least one live event.
- Analytical capabilities adequate to lead retention initiatives and leverage customer insights, with openness to coaching.
