Role Overview
As the Director of Business Services, you will oversee key departments including Transformation & Central PMO, Supply Chain, and Facilities & Property during a period of significant growth and strategic change. Your primary responsibilities involve providing visionary leadership to ensure these functions operate efficiently, maintain strong governance, and align tightly with organizational objectives. You will also spearhead the development of an integrated business services model, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure excellence in transformation disciplines and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and enhance multifunctional business services ensuring high performance and strong governance.
- Lead the creation and implementation of an integrated business services framework.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote transformation best practices.
- Oversee Supply Chain activities including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and commercial governance.
- Develop strategic supply chain capabilities, maintain robust supplier relationships, and manage risks in alignment with business needs.
- Manage Facilities and Property functions effectively.
- Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned within your scope of leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience within a complex, regulated, or infrastructure-focused environment.
- Proven track record managing multifunctional business services teams, covering transformation, PMO, supply chain, procurement, facilities management, property, and central business services.
- Expertise in building governance, driving performance, and delivery disciplines.
- Demonstrated strength in procurement or supply chain management and facilities/property leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities paired with exceptional leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance, compliance, control frameworks, and risk management, balancing efficiency, resilience, and quality of service.
