Director Global Supply Chain

Role Summary

Healing Harmony is hiring a Director of Global Supply Chain to own and improve end-to-end supply chain operations across international markets. This remote, United States-based leadership role is focused on shaping global supply chain strategy, improving operating efficiency, strengthening supplier and logistics partnerships, and keeping cross-border coordination running smoothly.

The right candidate will bring senior-level experience in supply chain leadership, global sourcing, logistics coordination, and working across functions to deliver scalable processes that support business growth.

What You Will Lead

In this position, you will be responsible for global planning, supplier management, inventory movement, and logistics performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support dependable delivery, manage costs effectively, and continuously improve supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute supply chain strategies that support company goals and growth plans worldwide.
• Own supply chain operations from planning and sourcing through logistics and distribution.
• Develop productive relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Improve inventory control, demand forecasting, and fulfillment workflows to boost efficiency.
• Track supply chain performance data and implement actions that improve reliability and speed.
• Spot operational risks and put measures in place to reduce disruption across regions.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Sales teams to align supply chain priorities with business needs.
• Lead cost-saving, process-improvement, and scalability initiatives.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Oversee international logistics improvements, including transportation planning and delivery outcomes.
• Build governance practices and operating standards for the global supply chain function.
• Prepare strategic updates and performance reporting for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing complex international supply chain networks.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-moving global environment.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is strongly preferred.
• Preferred background includes scaling supply chain operations in high-growth organizations, multi-region sourcing, ERP and supply chain systems, analytics tools, risk management, and close collaboration with executive leadership.
