About the Role

This newly established leadership position involves shaping a globally unified quality organization to support sustainable growth internationally. You will collaborate with manufacturing sites worldwide to implement uniform quality standards, spearhead digital transformation efforts in quality management, and guarantee consistently excellent product quality across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global quality strategy for the Thermal Solutions Business Unit, creating a cohesive quality framework shared among international manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead the harmonization of quality systems, processes, and standards to establish a scalable quality organization that facilitates global expansion and integration of acquired sites.
  • Drive modernization through digital transformation by deploying advanced Quality Management Systems and data-centric performance tracking tools to boost transparency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee global quality performance indicators, guide cross-functional continuous improvement projects, and promote a culture of operational excellence ensuring lasting improvements.
  • Collaborate across manufacturing sites and with teams in Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align quality standards and consolidate new sites within the global quality framework.
  • Ensure exceptional product quality throughout the lifecycle by supporting successful product launches, minimizing waste, and increasing customer satisfaction to generate tangible value worldwide.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Master's degree in Quality Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Bring robust experience in global quality leadership within international manufacturing settings, adept at navigating matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrate proven success in leading international transformation and standardization projects and developing global quality teams.
  • Expertise in modern Quality Management Systems and Lean Management principles, with strong analytical, strategic, and systemic thinking capabilities.
  • Exhibit empathetic, inspirational leadership qualities alongside excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effect lasting organizational change globally.
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Italian or French is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to engage with manufacturing sites and stakeholders as needed.
