Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director of Finance with strong expertise in managing complex service companies. This role requires partnership with general management and leading financial transformation within a swiftly growing organization.

The candidate will be charged with reinforcing financial frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cash flow, creating financial models for strategic decisions, and establishing scalable processes to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the financial and administrative strategy of the company.
  • Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario models to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital ensuring business liquidity.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, taxes, payroll, and auditing teams.
  • Guarantee compliance with fiscal, labor, and regulatory obligations.
  • Implement real-time financial dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
  • Create profitability, costing, and pricing models.
  • Lead financial negotiations with banking institutions and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and automation of financial procedures.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive management on investment and growth decisions.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in senior finance leadership roles such as Finance Director or Controller.
  • 8 to 15 years overall corporate finance experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in cash flow and working capital management for 5 years.
  • 5 years of financial modeling for investment and profitability analysis.
  • Supervision of accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions for 5 years.
  • Compliance with Mexican tax laws (SAT, CFDI 4.0, ISR, IVA, PTU) for 5 years.
  • Labor management experience (IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, ISN, LFT, payroll) for 5 years.
  • Managing financial operations in companies with 300+ employees for at least 3 years.
  • Experience implementing or improving financial processes and automation for 3 years.
  • Advanced use of financial KPIs and indicators for 5 years.
  • Negotiating financing and credit lines for 3 years.
  • Experience with financial ERP systems such as SAP, Intelisis, or equivalents for 3 years.
  • Proficient use of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase) for 3 years.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within private security, facility management, outsourcing, staffing, logistics, or labor-intensive services.
  • Background in companies undergoing rapid growth (scale-ups) is highly valued.
