Director - FF&E and OS&E Hospitality Portfolio

About the Role

Join Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh as a Director leading the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) functions within the Hospitality Business Unit. This senior role involves providing strategic leadership and functional oversight to ensure exceptional design quality, guest experience, and commercial success across the hospitality portfolio. You will steer standards, strategies, and governance, ensuring projects meet timelines and maintain integrated operational alignment from design through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive planning for FF&E and OS&E delivery, encompassing design, budgeting, logistics sequencing, quality assurance, and readiness validation aligned with development schedules.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating hospitality operational requirements into FF&E and OS&E implementations to guarantee alignment with operational priorities and timely execution.
• Develop and continually refine standardized FF&E and OS&E frameworks, methodologies, and delivery models to enable scalable and consistent hospitality development.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces and foster effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to reduce risks and support integrated decision making.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational capabilities, knowledge sharing, and maintain delivery standards within FF&E and OS&E activities.
• Oversee quality management, performance metrics, and effectiveness of FF&E and OS&E implementation to assure consistent hospitality outcomes.
• Supervise the full lifecycle of FF&E and OS&E assets including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging, and handover, ensuring compliance with governance and operational goals.
• Coordinate design specification reviews, value engineering, and material selection processes to optimize costs, operational suitability, and guest experience.
• Lead strategic procurement processes including supplier management, tender evaluation, and production oversight adhering to procurement governance.
• Manage strategic logistics encompassing warehousing, customs coordination, and operational implementation.
• Ensure alignment of FF&E and OS&E with operator and brand standards through managing reviews, mock-ups, and handover procedures to support operational readiness.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Procurement, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, FF&E and OS&E procurement, project delivery, and fit-out within hospitality developments.
• Preferred professional certifications such as PMP, RIBA, AIA, RICS, or equivalents.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia, GCC or equivalent large-scale hospitality environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data to inform functional strategies, make informed decisions, and manage ambiguities effectively.
• Proven leadership in managing end-to-end FF&E and OS&E within multifaceted hospitality projects, aligning budgets, programs, operational functions, and guest experience objectives.
• Strong presentation skills with capability to produce clear, structured communications and present strategies and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality FF&E and OS&E specifications, lifecycle cost management, mock-up coordination, and operational suitability in complex developments.
• Exceptional strategic procurement acumen, with experience in optimizing sourcing and logistics while anticipating supply chain trends.
• Expert stakeholder management skills across operators, consultants, suppliers, procurement teams, interiors, and asset management.
