Job description
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Director of Enterprise Product Marketing in Canada, supporting a partner company that handles applications and hiring decisions. The role blends product strategy, enterprise-focused storytelling, and go-to-market leadership for a fast-growing B2B organization. You will shape how a sophisticated enterprise solution is positioned, understood, and adopted by retailers and CPG partners operating in a rapidly changing digital commerce environment.
The position calls for both strategic thinking and strong execution. You will turn advanced product capabilities into clear, persuasive narratives for executive-level audiences, lead the product marketing function, and drive coordinated launch plans and campaigns that create measurable pipeline impact. In close partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will help establish the go-to-market foundation for enterprise growth.
This role is best suited to a builder and communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
Key accountabilities
- Set the direction for enterprise product marketing, aligning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Create consistent messaging structures and market narratives that clearly express the value of complex enterprise offerings to senior decision-makers and C-suite audiences.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing product marketing team while balancing priorities across several initiatives and product areas.
- Plan and run multi-channel B2B campaigns spanning events, digital, content, public relations, webinars, and partnerships to increase awareness and pipeline.
- Work with Sales and Business Development to build enablement resources that strengthen win rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Develop thought leadership programs that build market credibility and distinguish the enterprise platform in a crowded space.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to keep product capabilities and market needs closely aligned.
- Contribute to international growth by creating regional go-to-market approaches for new and emerging markets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Experience owning product marketing for multiple products or a complex platform.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building, developing, and scaling marketing teams.
- Deep experience creating positioning, messaging frameworks, and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns that build brand visibility and generate qualified pipeline.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas in a clear way for executive audiences.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence Product, Sales, and executive leaders without direct authority.
- Comfort handling several high-priority projects at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with presentation tools such as Google Slides and comfort using marketing performance data.
- Experience marketing to enterprise retailers or grocery/CPG audiences is a strong plus.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary for this role is CAD 203,000 to CAD 214,000. The package also includes equity grants and long-term incentive opportunities.
- Fully remote-first flexibility within eligible Canadian provinces
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave support
- Flexible working arrangements with a strong work-life balance focus
- Opportunity to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy at scale

- Collaborative, fast-growing environment centered on innovation and execution
- Career growth opportunities within a global, high-expansion business
