Job description

Role overview

The Director of Corporate Strategy helps advance the company’s enterprise strategy agenda. This role focuses on strategy creation, cross-functional initiatives across the business, and core operating routines that support enterprise priorities.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will work closely with senior leaders within the strategy organization and with teams across functions, operating units, and platform services. You will own workstreams with limited direction, raise risks early, and help move priorities forward through strong analysis and practical recommendations.

You will also be expected to synthesize data, generate actionable insights, and present findings in a clear format for senior stakeholders, including the Operating Committee. For selected initiatives, you may coordinate a network of peers and consultants to deliver defined outputs and milestones.

Experience and qualifications

The role calls for 7 to 9 years of business experience, preferably in strategy, finance, or a generalist business function. A graduate degree in business, strategy, or a related discipline is required. You should be comfortable operating in a multicultural environment, influencing stakeholders at different levels, and partnering across a broad internal network.

Strong problem-solving ability is important, especially a hypothesis-led approach that turns analysis into conclusions and implications. You should be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing priorities in ambiguous situations. The role also requires excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to combine different analyses into one narrative and create polished charts and white papers.

Tools and knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. The role also benefits from familiarity with technology, agile ways of working, business storytelling, and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.

Location and work expectations

This is a global-scope position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Travel is expected at approximately 0% to 25%. Relocation is not provided.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for the United States is USD 164,000 to USD 193,000 per year. The role also includes a target annual incentive reference value of 30%, and a long-term incentive reference value of 0% to 20%. Compensation may vary by geography, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full package of medical, financial, and other benefits is available depending on the position.

Work authorization

The employer will not provide employment visa sponsorship for this role, including H-1B or other employment-based nonimmigrant visa support. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States full time and must not need sponsorship to remain employed legally.

Company culture and equal opportunity

The organization emphasizes an inclusive, growth-oriented culture built around curiosity, empowerment, inclusion, and agility. It is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
