- Represent the organization at relevant industry gatherings and maintain active participation in international business communities.
- Drive firm expansion through client referrals, repeat business, and deepened relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Established success in retained executive search, management consulting, or senior international business development with continuous engagement at the C-suite level.

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and readiness for independent revenue responsibility.
- Well-developed network within export-driven industries such as automotive, life sciences, mechanical engineering, chemicals, or technology.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in German language is essential.
What the Firm Provides
- Access to a prestigious brand and client portfolio developed over nearly 20 years, providing immediate credibility.
- Complete autonomy within a focused, high-performance team that directly rewards successful outcomes.
- A transparent advancement route toward Vice President along with significant performance-based benefits.
- A collegial and principled workplace culture rooted in integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect.
