You will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with hospital systems and clinical organizations, while ensuring service quality, retention, and long-term partnership value. The work blends strategic account leadership with direct engagement across executive, clinical, and operational contacts.
As a partner-facing advisor, you will help healthcare leaders improve service delivery and support better patient care outcomes through telehealth solutions. You will also work closely with internal teams to shape product, operations, implementation, and client-service decisions based on customer feedback.
Accountabilities
- Oversee the full client journey for assigned hospital and health system accounts, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Act as the main contact after implementation, representing the company internally while advocating for the client externally.
- Lead recurring business reviews, monthly touchpoints, and strategic meetings with executive and clinical stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT, Implementation, and Contracts teams to advance client success initiatives.
- Handle client escalations and work toward prompt resolution while preserving strong relationships across healthcare organizations.
- Spot opportunities to expand services within current accounts and help grow service-line adoption.
- Deliver clear reporting on client trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership so they can inform product and operational improvements.
- Bring client needs into internal discussions to better align delivery with expectations.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and support in-person engagement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- You should have at least 6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, ideally in healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Background managing relationships with hospital systems, health systems, or clinical stakeholders is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or telehealth is considered an advantage.
- You must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, physicians, and clinical professionals.
- Strong strategic judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are needed to address complex client challenges.
- You need excellent organization and project coordination skills in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, is expected.
- You should be able to convert client feedback into practical internal improvements and growth ideas.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% within the assigned territory and to corporate offices is required.
Benefits
- Competitive pay package based on experience in healthcare client-services leadership.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Flexible vacation and wellness days.
- The chance to contribute to a mission-led organization improving access to behavioral healthcare across the country.
- A collaborative culture built around ownership, transparency, and outcomes.
- Exposure to executive-level healthcare decision-making and modern telemedicine solutions.
