- Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, revenue monitoring, and operational review cycles.
- Find and resolve data integrity issues, reporting shortcomings, and process inefficiencies.
- Track and communicate core operational indicators such as provider readiness, implementation timelines, and service performance.

- Support Clinical Provisioning teams in improving scheduling workflows and automation within enterprise tools such as Salesforce.
- Create operational processes that scale and bring together financial, clinical, and pricing considerations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while keeping team output aligned with business goals and standards.
Requirements

- Ability to interpret complex data and present it as clear, executive-ready narratives.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working across clinical, technical, and business teams.
- Background in people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Comfort working independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
