What the role involves
The main purpose of the job is to support Coffee Solutions growth by delivering strong in-store execution across direct-to-consumer customer sites. The role focuses on stock accuracy, brand compliance, machine uptime, and proper cleaning and operational routines to support customer satisfaction and commercial results.
- Keep NP D2C machines operating with as little downtime as possible
- Make sure stock counts at customer locations are accurate and compliant, then review differences, spot patterns, and escalate issues quickly with corrective action
- Maintain Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites by acting on audit results, customer comments, and any execution gaps
- Check and coach proper cleaning routines at customer level, monitor repeated non-compliance, and step in when needed; also support machine uptime through basic troubleshooting and timely escalation
- Record all field activity accurately and on time in Project MORE systems, using the data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work with internal and external stakeholders that influence delivery and overall performance
What you’ll need to succeed
To do well in this position, you should bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with prior experience in a sales support or operations role. You should be focused on results and able to consistently beat business targets.
- Strong organisation skills, high motivation, and a positive mindset
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Experience working across functions and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Comfort working independently as well as within a team, especially when circumstances are unclear
- Experience helping others deliver consistent performance
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence and persuade
- Good planning and problem-solving ability, with the resilience to manage pressure and changing workloads
