About the Role
This position is part of Nestlé Professional's Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) team within the Business to Business food service segment. The focus is on providing beverage solutions for out-of-home consumption with renowned brand portfolios including Starbucks, NESCAFÉ, and Seattle's Best Coffee. The role supports the growth of Coffee Solutions by ensuring effective in-store execution across Direct to Consumer (D2C) customer locations in the South West of England region, ideally based around Bristol or Reading.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal uptime of Nestlé Professional D2C coffee machines, minimizing operational interruptions.
- Administer and verify accurate stock management at customer sites, analyzing discrepancies, recognizing patterns, and taking prompt corrective measures.
- Enforce and promote Nestlé Professional brand standards during site audits and respond to customer feedback to close execution gaps.
- Educate and monitor customer-level cleaning procedures, address recurring non-compliance, support troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed to protect machine uptime.
- Accurately report all field activities within Project MORE systems, leveraging data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in sales support or operations with a consistent record of exceeding business targets.
- Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with a proactive and optimistic mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain robust relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and managing senior level stakeholders.
- Capability to work autonomously with comfort in ambiguous situations and high workload pressure.
- Skilled in coaching others to deliver consistent performance.
- Excellent presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasion capabilities.
- Ability to effectively solve problems, plan ahead, and manage fluctuating work demands.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary around £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
