This position is an hourly caregiving role with a wage of $15.50.
What You’ll Do
- Support people in ways that help them learn, grow, and live more independently.
- Build genuine, supportive relationships with the individuals in your care.
- Use the trust given by leaders to make sound decisions in the best interest of participants.
- Encourage participation in community activities and personal interests.
- Help participants work toward goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and day-to-day care needs.
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or more complex care needs.

What the Employer Is Looking For
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
