Safety and compliance
- Follow all plant safety rules, procedures, and protective measures to help maintain a secure workplace.
- Take part in safety drills and support efforts that strengthen a strong safety culture across the facility.
Training and development
- Join organized training sessions that cover different areas of manufacturing operations.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and practical, on-the-job learning to develop hands-on understanding.
Production support
- Help with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
- Observe production activities to ensure output remains efficient and quality expectations are met.
- Escalate any process variation, equipment issue, or concern to the production supervisor without delay.
