Role overview
This position is focused on helping enterprise clients shape and execute digital transformation and AI-driven innovation programs. The work blends strategic advisory, enterprise architecture, solution design, product leadership, and support for business development. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to identify where digital and AI capabilities can improve growth, operating efficiency, and customer engagement, while also contributing to presales and pursuit activities.

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice helps organizations turn large volumes of data into practical, decision-ready insights. Its global network supports clients with strategy and implementation across business intelligence, visualization, data management, performance management, and advanced technologies such as big data, cloud, cognitive computing, and machine learning.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end pursuit work, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ stages.
- Support business development and presales efforts for large enterprise engagements.
- Advise clients on how digital and AI technologies can address core challenges around growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Facilitate design-thinking, concept development, and idea-scaling sessions with C-level stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability through digital and AI capabilities.
- Translate client ambition and industry trends into practical digital and AI use cases.
- Create architecture blueprints with the right digital and AI building blocks to meet client goals.
- Develop enterprise architecture views across business, application, data, integration, and AI service layers.
- Recommend the most suitable digital and AI-powered platforms and solutions.
- Write technical requirements for customer-facing technology platforms such as marketing, commerce, loyalty, analytics, planning, and conversational AI.
- Lead the product roadmap from early concept through launch, working with business, data science, and technology delivery teams.
- Assess and integrate AI enablers such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and AutoGen for intelligent application development.
- Prepare client proposals and pitch decks independently.
Preferred qualifications
The role is aimed at candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or another related engineering discipline. An MBA in General Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is also preferred. Experience across industries such as BFSI, TMT, retail, FMCG, telecom, media, and technology is valuable, along with exposure to enterprise architecture certifications, cloud platforms, AI/ML, Agile, or product management. Prior work with global stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams is also relevant.
