Technical Expertise

• Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM platforms.
• Experience in cloud computing environments, business intelligence, automation solutions, and digital collaboration software.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Teams, and Agile methodologies.
