About the Role
Based in Navi Mumbai or Pune, the Digital Sales Executive will play a crucial part in expanding Olatech Solutions Limited’s digital services portfolio. Reporting to the Sales Manager or Business Development Head, this role focuses on driving growth by converting leads into contracts through strategic remote communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients spanning telcos, ISPs, SMEs, and large enterprises.
- Initiate outbound cold calls and email campaigns to present Olatech’s digital marketing, ERP/CRM, and marketing automation solutions.
- Use LinkedIn and other social selling platforms to engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, Marketing Heads, and Business Owners.
- Understand client challenges and tailor digital product demonstrations and solution pitches accordingly.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and ROI of digital transformation and marketing automation technologies to prospects.
- Manage all sales pipeline activities from lead qualification through contract closure, maintaining detailed CRM records.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs, including qualified leads generated, demos delivered, and revenue milestones.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts conforming to company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development; prior experience in IT, SaaS, or Digital Agency sales is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated persistence, empathy, and skill in overcoming objections effectively.
