About the role

This role sits within Google’s advertising and customer solutions ecosystem, supporting clients across the APAC region. The focus is on helping businesses unlock growth through digital advertising, trusted advisory support, and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with sales, customers, and cross-functional partners to shape solutions, improve performance, and create long-term value.

The position calls for someone who can balance analytical thinking with client partnership, move quickly in a changing environment, and contribute to outcomes that matter for both customers and the business. The work also involves helping scale effective approaches across markets and supporting a culture of learning, collaboration, and operational discipline.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, including campaign setup, measurement, and client-facing solution delivery.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in insights, analytics, client management, or consulting-style projects focused on customer success across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-layered projects and driving complex business outcomes through collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience running, improving, and managing digital advertising campaigns and handling complex client solutions.
  • Strong analytical ability, comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to understand client needs in complex environments.
  • Ability to document and share effective practices that strengthen a culture of shared learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact work across markets, customers, and stakeholders by solving complex problems strategically and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong client experience.
  • Influence business and performance growth by guiding decisions with sales teams and helping maintain a healthy, effective client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply advanced frameworks and customer solutions, identify opportunities to scale them, and support long-term trust and value for the right customers.
  • Support the management team in strengthening team culture, coach or mentor peers, and serve as a trusted partner to key stakeholders on workflow, pipeline, AI tools, product activation, and people-related priorities.
