Role Overview

This position is a key role involving full ownership of client campaigns—from strategy development and daily management to performance reporting. You will drive campaign execution independently while collaborating with a senior team for strategic support and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic digital campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
• Implement and oversee conversion tracking utilizing Event Manager or Google Tag Manager/Analytics.
• Deeply understand client brands to effectively translate their unique identity and values into successful campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain peak performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client return on ad spend.
• Analyze campaign data and results, communicating insights clearly and confidently to clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to guide the creation of engaging and effective advertising creatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, demonstrating success in driving leads and sales with varied media budgets. Experience with Google Ads is advantageous but not mandatory.

You are self-directed, able to research, plan, and execute campaigns independently without constant supervision. Strong analytical skills help you interpret performance data and confidently communicate findings. Excellent organization and time management enable you to handle multiple clients and campaigns effectively.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, complemented by a keen sense for creative copywriting. While a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is preferred, practical skills, enthusiasm, and creativity are of higher importance. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus.
