Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on Paid Media, Web, and MarTech within Customer Experience at Group Brand & Marketing, you will collaborate closely with a team of four. Your main responsibility is executing and improving paid media campaigns on key social media channels and digital platforms, ensuring brand-compliant and targeted communication. You will liaise with internal teams and external agencies, oversee website development, and promote modern marketing technologies especially in campaign tracking, data integration, and reporting. Your expertise will contribute significantly to lead generation and strengthening brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and refine international paid media campaigns across platforms such as META, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Provide focused support for both global and regional marketing campaigns, covering brand and performance objectives.
- Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, monitor campaigns, and analyze/report on their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with web agencies and advance group-wide websites, improving UX, page speed, and SEO.
- Design and implement landing pages, microsites, and conversion funnels.
- Integrate and continuously optimize marketing technology tools like Supermetrics and Looker Studio in partnership with IT, Marketing Intelligence, CRM teams, and data protection officers.
- Create, analyze, and enhance automated newsletter campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree or vocational training in Digital Marketing, Media and Communication, Business Informatics, or related field.
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, especially in paid media, website management, and MarTech.
- Proficiency with tools including META platforms, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, and Looker Studio; experience with Typo3 is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working with agencies and coordinating web projects.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO/GEO basics, and data-driven optimization of websites and performance campaigns.
- Excellent English skills, structured and autonomous work style, and strong analytical thinking.
