Responsibilities include devising and implementing social media strategies, producing and scheduling content that reflects the organization's mission, and managing daily activities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Schedule and create branded content aligned with company values.
• Manage routine interactions and community engagement on digital channels.
• Support online marketing efforts such as email campaigns, lead generation funnels, and promotional activities for courses, coaching, and events.
• Monitor website and social media analytics, optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Generate reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the company founder on messaging and audience targeting to maintain consistent brand voice and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy, publication, and community management.
• Experience in digital marketing techniques such as email marketing, lead generation, and campaign oversight.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
