Key Accountabilities
- Create and implement digital marketing plans across SEO, content marketing, and paid media to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Improve website health and search rankings through technical SEO work, keyword analysis, and content enhancements.

- Partner with content, product, and development teams to ensure search best practices are built into digital experiences and assets.
- Set up and manage tracking, tagging, and reporting systems using tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Help administer and optimize content inside enterprise CMS platforms while keeping it aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Continuously review competitors and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and new directions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar discipline, or comparable practical experience.
- At least 5 years of direct digital marketing experience in a large agency or enterprise setting.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media execution.
- Comfort using analytics and search tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Good understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO concepts.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools such as Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, plus familiarity with Power BI.
- Practical experience managing content in enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical ability and a clear capability to convert data into marketing actions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-focused mindset.
Benefits
- Chance to contribute to high-impact, data-led digital marketing work.
- Access to enterprise-grade marketing platforms, tools, and analytics environments.
- A collaborative workplace with a fast pace and high energy.
- Room for professional development and ongoing learning in digital marketing.
- Exposure to cross-functional work spanning SEO, content, and performance marketing.
- A flexible and dynamic culture that values innovation and measurable outcomes.
