What you'll do
- Plan and deliver digital marketing activity across SEO, content marketing, and paid media to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Improve website search performance through technical SEO work, keyword research, and content enhancements.
- Track campaign results, interpret performance data, and prepare reports with clear recommendations tied to core marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with content, product, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across digital properties.
- Set up and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting systems using tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Help manage and optimise content in enterprise CMS environments so it stays consistent and performance-focused.
- Carry out competitor benchmarking and market research to uncover new growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, ideally within a large agency or enterprise setting.
- Strong capability across SEO, content marketing, and paid media execution.
- Working knowledge of analytics and SEO platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Good understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools like Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, plus familiarity with Power BI.
- Hands-on experience updating content in enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical marketing actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration skills, close attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
