Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Harare for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role centers on planning, running, and improving digital campaigns that promote Satewave Technologies’ products and services. The specialist will handle social platforms, produce and publish digital content, monitor campaign and website results, and turn performance data into practical improvements. The position also requires close coordination with internal teams to keep messaging aligned and to help drive lead generation.
What You Will Do
- Design and manage digital marketing initiatives that support the company’s business goals.
- Oversee social media channels, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Create and distribute online content across relevant digital platforms.
- Review website and campaign analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities.
- Prepare reports that summarize results and guide future marketing decisions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Support efforts aimed at generating qualified leads.
- Keep up with evolving digital marketing practices, especially those relevant to technology and smart solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience in digital and online marketing, including running campaigns across multiple channels.
- Hands-on ability in social media marketing, with strengths in content development, scheduling, and audience interaction.
- Capability to use web analytics tools to assess data and recommend campaign improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with varied audiences.
- Exposure to the technology, telecommunications, or energy sectors would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic design software is useful.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently on-site, juggle several priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
