Tailored Management is hiring a meticulous Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to help drive marketing campaign execution and related initiatives for a major global retail brand.

What this role involves
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and keep project deliverables on track
- Monitor schedules, production progress, and key milestone deadlines
- Handle communication with stakeholders and coordinate approval processes
- Support the creation and handoff of creative assets across marketing channels
- Maintain campaign calendars and keep documentation organized and up to date
- Assist with local marketing efforts, events, and in-store or retail activation activities
- Prepare project briefs, presentation materials, and post-campaign recap reports
- Work closely with Content, Product Planning, Operations, and Communications teams
