Your Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the property’s digital presence across channels and campaigns. The role involves planning, delivering and optimizing SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising and broader online content initiatives, while also supporting online retail strategy and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver the overall digital marketing plan, covering SEO, SEM, email marketing, social channels, marketing databases and display campaigns.
- Develop Rosewood Doha’s social media presence in a fresh, imaginative and brand-aligned way.
- Track campaign results, prepare performance reports and measure outcomes against ROI and KPI targets.
- Spot trends and insights, then refine budget allocation and campaign performance accordingly.
- Create new approaches to drive growth and engagement.
- Plan, run and assess experiments, A/B tests and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to build landing pages and improve the digital guest journey with the aim of increasing satisfaction and revenue.
- Use strong analytics to review the end-to-end customer journey across channels and touchpoints.
- Set up conversion tracking and improve user flow through the funnel.
- Coordinate with agencies and external vendors as needed.
- Assess new technologies and provide informed recommendations on adoption.
- Shape and execute a content distribution strategy across digital channels.
- Lead and coordinate writers, marketers and other stakeholders to keep the brand’s digital footprint consistent and active.
- Ensure messaging remains aligned across all social platforms.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar for targeted content delivery.
- Take ownership of online retail strategy and maintain the online store.
- Coach the Digital Marketing Executive by strengthening current capabilities and introducing new skills.
- Follow company policies and comply with established standards at all times.
- Take on additional tasks that are reasonably connected to the role.
- Act as a brand ambassador and protect brand consistency and clarity.
- Demonstrate the organization’s culture, vision, mission and values in everyday work.
- Adopt a proactive mindset in managing the department and spotting future opportunities.
- Promote hotel services and facilities, including those of other Rosewood properties, to help maximize cross-business revenue.
- Keep the department organized, efficient and well supported through training and motivation.
- Meet and exceed internal and external guest expectations consistently.
- Gather direct guest feedback and use it to improve products and services.
- Build trusted relationships with guests by acting with their interests in mind.
- Maintain clear communication within the department and keep the manager informed of issues or queries.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and support.
- Handle guest comments received directly or through senior leaders promptly, professionally and courteously.
