Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage our marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and implementing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to generate qualified leads and maximize campaign returns. The candidate will oversee SEO, monitor website performance, and drive social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Lead and maintain SEO strategies and ensure optimal website performance.
• Formulate and execute monthly marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
• Manage the marketing team by assigning tasks, tracking daily progress, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
• Address customer queries and coordinate lead distribution with the sales department.
• Take full responsibility for marketing operations and the seamless execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and external vendors to support marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Continuously identify fresh marketing opportunities aimed at boosting brand recognition and revenue streams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience ranging from 0 to 5 years in digital marketing roles.
• Proficient with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• Knowledgeable in SEO practices, usage of Google Analytics, and social media marketing techniques.
• Demonstrated capability in leading or managing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently oversee marketing responsibilities.

Work Arrangement Preferences

Primary preference is given to candidates willing to work on-site at our Sehore office. Secondary preference for experienced candidates accommodates a hybrid work model with two days remote work per week.
