Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive - Bilingual will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, engagement, and growth for INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries. This role includes producing creative content, managing paid advertising campaigns from start to finish, and actively engaging with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for INDEX Holding and associated subsidiaries.
  • Oversee and expand the brand's presence on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other pertinent social networks.
  • Generate, curate, and publish captivating content, such as posts, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Design and carry out inventive social media campaigns that align with overall business targets.
  • Manage and fine-tune budgets allocated for social media advertising.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements within the social media landscape.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with representatives of social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.
  • Engage audiences in real-time by responding to comments, messages, and online conversations.
  • Oversee user-generated content to detect risks or opportunities, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule large volumes of content across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Optimize content through appropriate tagging, titling, and keyword integration to enhance search visibility.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive growth of followers, engagement rates, and community presence online.
  • Compile and maintain detailed performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Proven experience in creating, publishing, and managing digital content.
  • Creative mindset with strong skills in content ideation.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, content management systems (CMS), and design fundamentals.
  • Background in digital marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, associated tools, and industry best practices.
