Role overview
This position is for someone who can help expand the company’s audience and sharpen its marketing channels. The ideal person may bring strengths in content strategy, social growth, or email audience development, and will be expected to broaden their impact across related areas over time.
You will partner closely with the VP of Marketing and collaborate with teams in Creative, Product, and Sales. The role offers significant ownership over important channels and the opportunity to influence how the brand shows up across digital touchpoints.
Social media and community
- Oversee and expand the brand’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and similar platforms.
- Create content tailored to each platform rather than recycling the same asset everywhere.
- Engage authentically with the communities where customers already spend time, focusing on meaningful interaction instead of vanity reach.
Email and audience growth
- Run the email marketing program from end to end, including campaigns, automated sequences, audience health, and segmentation.
- Develop and support a growing audience of prosumers, IT administrators, and business buyers through targeted communication.
- Increase subscribers using cross-channel acquisition tactics and website-based growth tools.
- Work with Sales Operations on B2B outreach sequences.
Content and video
- Collaborate with Product teams to turn technical specifications into content that is useful and engaging for real people.
- Apply a creator mindset to hooks, content formats, thumbnails, and captions so the material earns attention and subscribers.
- Manage distribution of video content across YouTube, Shorts, and other social channels, then review performance and share insights with the team.
Owned media and campaigns
- Support the Shopify storefront by updating landing pages and promotional elements tied to campaigns and launches.
- Lead launch activation across multiple channels, bringing email, social, video, and community together.
- Repurpose core content into a broader set of assets such as short clips, email features, social posts, and community discussions.

Location and compensation
This is a remote full-time role. Hiring is available in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida, as well as for Canadians living in British Columbia or Ontario.
Pay will depend on skills, experience, education, and location. The total package may also include benefits, bonuses, and other discretionary compensation.
