Job description
About the company
Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud business based in Hamburg, Germany. The company has developed a cloud object storage product comparable to AWS S3, designed specifically for AI and compute-heavy workloads. Its rapid commercial growth is driven by a channel-first go-to-market approach.
The company is also moving beyond storage and building a high-performance compute platform. This will provide an end-to-end stack, from GPU infrastructure through to complete GPU platform software. The broader mission is to reshape the cloud landscape by connecting decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.
Role overview
The company is seeking a data-focused and ambitious Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, not a passive internship. The intern will contribute across the full digital funnel, including content strategy, search visibility, paid social growth, performance tracking, and revenue pipeline support. The role offers the opportunity to learn the tools and methods behind modern B2B growth.
Key responsibilities
- Support improvements in search, generative, and answer engine optimisation by spotting opportunities and helping implement on-page and off-page updates.
- Assist with planning, running, and reviewing SEA and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to improve performance and return on investment across paid channels.
- Research content clusters and high-value topics the business should own to build authority and reach the right audience at each funnel stage.
- Help track ROI and analyse pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities and uncover funnel gaps.
- Create and manage dashboards that monitor channel results, funnel conversion health, and pipeline contribution, then convert insights into practical actions that support revenue growth.
- Use marketing automation and CRM systems directly to improve lead generation workflows and boost operational efficiency.
Candidate profile
- You should be in the final stage of a BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Science, or a similar discipline.
- Some prior experience in a fast-moving environment, such as a startup, consultancy, or agency, is expected.
- You should be comfortable working with numbers and naturally think in terms of ROI and conversion journeys.
- You should be confident using digital tools and interested in learning new software and automation platforms.
- Professional fluency in English is required; German would be an added advantage.
What the company offers
- Structured training with experienced colleagues and practical feedback to support your development.
- Personal mentorship from a senior leader throughout the internship.
- Real project experience from the first day, working with teams across the company.
- Opportunities to network through monthly team meetup weeks and company events.
- Potential consideration for a full-time position for standout interns.
- Additional benefits including a modern office in a lively Hamburg location, free healthy snacks, access to a canteen, and a subsidised premium gym membership.
Culture
The company is focused on winning and welcomes people from all backgrounds who want to help build a future European cloud leader. The team is highly international, with 15+ nationalities represented and 10+ languages spoken.
Hiring process
Candidates are asked to submit a CV or LinkedIn profile through the application form. The team reviews applications carefully and typically responds within a few days. Strong matches are invited to an introductory Google Meet call. From there, the process usually moves quickly through two to four interview stages, including a conversation with the founders. If there is mutual interest, the candidate receives a personal offer and feedback call, followed by a written offer document.
Additional information
The company may use AI tools to help with parts of the hiring process, such as screening applications, analysing CVs, or evaluating responses. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are made by people. If you want more information about how your data is handled, you can contact the company directly.
